About Cross Timbers Construction Group

Cross Timbers Construction Group, Inc. or CTCG, has been serving the Clay, Duval, St. Johns & surrounding counties since 1999.

 

CTCG is fully licenced with State Certifications in Building construction and Inspections.

 

We provide for our clients upon our first meeting with a copy of our Licencing information, Insurance and Workers Compensation coverage, Warranty Information, and a list of recent refrences.  We want our new clients to feel comfortable, and know right away that they have chosen to work with a company that is completely qualified to perfom work on their home. 

 

 

CTCG's philosophy is to take the visions of their customers and bring them to reality, working within their budget for projects large and small. The key to their outstanding reputation and unparalled work ethic is their flexibility.  CTCG works with their clients through a wide variety of categories along many levels of design and remodeling.  The goal is to develop a step-by-step plan to bring the visions into a real working model that is then brought to life in their home.

A Little about Ben...

 

The President of CTCG is Ben Hickey, a retired Naval Officer who started CTCG because he saw a better way to accomplish what he truly enyoys; helping people enjoy their homes by making remodel/construction a completely unique and very pleasant experience. 

 

 

Ben always says he likes to go into a home as a company hired to do a job, and leave as a friend!

A Little about AJ...

 

The Vice President of CTCG, Alan Nieves (better known as "AJ"), is also a Navy Veteran of over 10 years.  He is a State Certified Building Contractor, and State Certified Home Inspector.  With over 20 years of experience in the building industry he has an extraordinary expertise in all phases of construction and a keen sense for turning clients visions into reality.
